Installation & First Scan

Get up and running with your first scan in a few clicks.

Install

Upload the plugin to /wp-content/plugins/hk-media-optimizer, or install it directly through Plugins → Add New by searching “HK Media Optimizer”.

Activate and scan

Activate the plugin, then go to Media Optimizer in your admin menu and click “Start Scan” to run your first pass.

Before deleting anything

Visit Media Optimizer → Settings to review scan sources and safety rules before you delete anything.
